Content Creator Working Student

We are looking for a Content Creator to bring MicroHarvest’s story to life, visually, emotionally, and authentically. You will capture and craft moments that showcase our innovation, culture, and impact. Helping the world see how we are changing the future of protein.

From filming life inside our labs and offices, to creating dynamic content from events and milestones, you will help us build our brand presence across digital channels and beyond. This is a hands-on creative role where curiosity meets execution. Ideal for someone who loves telling stories through visuals, words, and sound.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

• Capture and create: Produce high-quality photos and videos of our people, product, and events. Both planned and spontaneous.
• Edit and deliver: Turn raw material into polished, engaging content ready for social media, presentations, or press materials.
• Support storytelling: Work closely with Marketing and our Art Director to translate our mission and impact into visual stories.
• Stay agile: React quickly to new opportunities, from breaking company news to exciting lab moments.
• Amplify our message: Help shape and edit LinkedIn posts, visual assets, and short media pieces that strengthen our brand voice.
• Collaborate and learn: Work hand-in-hand with our Art Director and Marketing Team to refine our storytelling style and keep pushing creative boundaries.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Skilled in video shooting and editing , comfortable creating dynamic, social-media-ready content.
• Familiar with Figma , Photoshop , or similar tools to edit visuals and design light creative assets.
• Experienced in creating for digital platforms (egg. LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube).
• Highly creative , fast, and hands-on — you thrive on making ideas happen.
• Curious about tech, sustainability, and innovation , and eager to translate those into engaging stories.
• Strong communicator, fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus).
• Excited to work in an on-site startup environment , close to the action and people who make it happen.
