(Junior) Inbound Sales Manager in Chemical Distribution (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You develop our international business in distribution of chemical raw materials and ingredients across product groups by converting incoming sales leads to business opportunities and long-term partnerships

• Therefore, you qualify and process incoming leads proactively creating supply solutions to meet customer requirements, preparing calculations and tailored commercial offers as well as leading negotiations

• Working closely with our group-wide colleagues, you verify and ensure product availability, coordinate sampling as well as import and export activities driving business opportunities to success

• You identify new markets and monitor market developments, discover promising sales opportunities and implement strategies for profitable sales growth

• Furthermore, you support additional tasks and projects such as the optimization of our digital system landscape to reduce your manual workload

 Your profile:

• You successfully finished your commercial education focused on wholesale and foreign trade and developed a good understanding of taxes, Incoterms and export modalities

• Through your previous experiences in international trading, you gained a good understanding of sales or purchasing of chemical raw materials or ingredients

• You take ownership, work independently, and approach challenges with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset

• Furthermore, you are characterized by a profound customer orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful relationships

• You demonstrate a curious mindset and technical affinity, ideally you also have experience with ERP systems and lead management systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, MS Business Central, HubSpot)

• Additionally, are a strong communicator in written and spoken English as well as German with the ability to communicate and negotiate in a target group-oriented manner
