Your tasks:

• Coordinate and track STARDIRECT trials, materials, and production runs across multiple sites (UK, Spain, Italy, South Africa)
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and documentation, including meeting notes and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, PPL offers, and comparative pricing models, ensuring accuracy of cost inputs and margins
• Consolidate and analyse material and consumable costs for reporting. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and KPI summaries for internal and partner meetings (ACTEGA / Makro / internal SteerCo)
• Manage administrative and analytical support for project data and pricing activities
• Coordinate communication and information flow across project stakeholders

Support ad hoc financial and operational analyses for the Global Product Manager.Assist in preparing content for exhibitions or customer events (samples, presentations, product data).

Your profile:

• 2–4 years in business/project coordination or pricing/financial analysis, ideally in packaging, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment
