Performance Marketing Creative Lead Full Time (on-site, Hamburg)

You turn big campaign ideas into performance ads that actually convert.

We’re looking for a Performance Creative Lead who creates, directs, and delivers mid- and low-funnel advertising. Someone who can take a strong awareness idea and turn it into product-driven ads that are ready to run, from script to final asset.

You won’t push media live yourself.

You will deliver performance-ready creative to our media partners and work closely with them to optimize, iterate, and improve.

Aufgaben

• Personally create mid- and low-funnel ad concepts and scripts
• Understand platform mechanics, ad delivery logic, and tracking requirements to design assets that perform
• Build animation decks and detailed shot lists for production teams
• Create digital campaign assets, banners, newsletters, SoMe assets, landing pages
• Shape pacing, structure, and storytelling through post-production
• Adapt and version ads for different platforms and placements
• Deliver finalized ads to the media house in performance-ready form
• Work closely with media partners on optimization and iteration
• Ensure all performance creatives stay unmistakably on brand
• Support strategy and creative leads in preparing killer presentations
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and creative leads

Qualifikation

• 7+ years experience creating digital performance advertising
• Proven track record of personally building ads that run and convert
• Strong conceptual and design skills across platforms
• Strong scripting and narrative structuring skills
• Hands-on experience with motion, animation, and editing workflows
• Solid skills in Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Experience in motion design, editing and storytelling for digital formats
• Basic understanding of modern tech stacks
• Clear understanding of performance funnels and digital platforms
• Experience using AI tools in creative production is a must
• Confident communicator who works well with external partners
• German and English fluent is mandatory not optional

Creative Authorship – You personally script and structure ads. You design narratives that move users from interest to action across mid and low funnel stages

Hands-on Production – You create ads yourself — writing scripts, building animation decks, defining shot lists, and shaping rough cuts when needed

Production Direction – You work closely with designers, animators, and editors, giving clear guidance and feedback to bring work to a high, performance-ready level

Platform-Native Thinking – You understand how ads behave on YouTube, Meta, TikTok, including interactive formats and under-player product integrations

Performance Collaboration – You collaborate tightly with our media house, follow live performance, interpret feedback, and adapt creative accordingly
