Housekeeper / Room Attendant - Hamburg
Become a Unicorn.
We believe a perfectly prepared room says more about a hotel than any marketing campaign. That's why we treat housekeeping as what it truly is — a craft of hospitality. We're looking for people in Hamburg who take pride in that craft.
Who we are:
Unicorn Hospitality Group is the hotel service partner behind some of Europe's most exciting hotel brands. We started six years ago in Oslo — today we operate in ten cities: Oslo, Stockholm, London, Brighton, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Berlin and Frankfurt, with Munich and Hamburg opening soon. We grow fast. And when you deliver, you grow with us: many of our team leaders and managers started in housekeeping.
What you'll do:
Prepare guest rooms and serviced apartments to brand standard — from the bed to the last detail guests can feel
Own quality: room checks, amenities, linen and supplies management
As part of the hotel team, make sure every room is ready as if your own mother checks in tonight
Spot and report anything in the room that isn't right, so the guest experience always is
What you bring:
Experience in housekeeping or hospitality — or a genuine drive to learn the craft properly
Reliability and an eye for detail
German OR English — our team speaks many languages
Willingness to work some weekends (with a fair schedule, planned in advance)
What we offer:
Fair pay, always on time — correctly calculated, every month
A permanent perspective in a growing hotel group
Real career paths: Team Leader, Supervisor, Operations Management — we promote from within
Paid onboarding and housekeeping training to international hotel standards
An international team that sees you — not just your output
Don't tick every box?
Apply anyway. We care about who you are — not just your CV. Application takes 2 minutes, no cover letter needed.
