Internship Digital Marketing - Joico EMEA

What you´ll do

• Work in conceptualizing and creating inspirational marketing content for our clients, distributors and hairdressers
• Supporting content creation and distribution across newsletters, social media channels, articles, banners
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing professional content shoots
• Steer projects whilst being in close contact with internal departments such as marketing, sales and education teams, creative agencies as well as distributors, hairdressers and artists
• Monitor social media and industry trends, translate them into ideas that relate with our EMEA audience
• Support daily business activities such as supporting marketing managers, creating presentations, meetings, team events
• Develop internal and external corporate image materials and support with visual corporate identity

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business-related studies e.g. digital, marketing, media, communication, event, PR or similar
• Practical experience in a related field is advantageous e.g. marketing, communication, productions, events in beauty care professional industry or other
• Fluency in English. German and other languages are advantageous
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel as well as proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut
• Apply latest content trends and new formats as well as social insights to content generation
• Remarkable passion for the beauty care industry with a good eye for aesthetics
• Strong communication, a hands-on mentality and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Team-player that is open-minded, proactive, flexible and reliable to handle projects independently
• Availability as of October 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
