(Lead) Process Developer
Business Improvements and Processes is a department within the Project Management Office (PMO) in Customer Project Execution (CPX) under the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) business unit at Vestas. The aim of the PMO is to support the Region in the effective execution of onshore and offshore customer projects. Business Improvements & Processes will ensure the regional Customer Project Execution business has the necessary framework, processes and systems to execute the projects. The area of Business Improvements & Processes will also support the business in running improvement initiatives and ensure alignment of these initiatives with Global Customer Project Execution. Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and maintain processes to assist project teams in executing customer projects
- Ensure process excellence and continuously design improvements
- Support the strategic process roadmap and align with key stakeholders, including Global CPX
- Manage and evaluate incoming change requests, supporting decision-making through analysis, recommendations, and communication across NCE CPX
- Model and document processes at all operational levels, adhering to process excellence guidelines and methodologies
- Academic degree in information management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a global company, focusing on process management
- Understanding of the relationship between operational activities and processes
- Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Practical and systematic approach to tasks
- Experience with process management systems or CPX is advantageous
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to prioritize, focus on details, and meet deadlines is crucial
- Capable of working across the value chain and involving necessary business stakeholders
- Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate at all organizational levels
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of business processes and cross-functional work
- Continuous improvement mindset with a solution-oriented and focused approach
