Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update data in internal databases and software systems.
• Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data entry errors to maintain high-quality records.
• Organize and manage digital and physical files.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform administrative support tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of database systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in German or English; additional language skills are a plus.
