Freelance Webapp Project Manager (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

The product combines a thoughtfully built web app with a high-quality physical keepsake. Users are guided through a structured journey to share personal memories, which are then turned into a timeless printed format they can pass on to their loved ones.

To launch our MVP and webshop, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who thinks ahead, drives progress, and keeps all moving parts aligned – fully remote and with real responsibility from day one.

Tasks

You’ll manage our MVP and webshop launch from end to end, align cross-functional teams, and turn goals into clear execution.

Key responsibilities:

Own the full delivery of our custom web app and webshop

• Translate goals into actionable plans in ClickUp
• Coordinate between design, tech, and marketing contributors
• Spot and solve blockers early
• Identify hiring needs and help source freelancers
• Onboard and manage contractors
• Share weekly updates with founders

Requirements

You’re structured, hands-on, and you get things done. You know how to manage complex projects and keep everyone aligned – without needing hand-holding.

You have:

• Experience managing web apps or e-commerce builds
• Confidence working with designers, devs, and marketers
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, Slack (or similar tools)
• A track record of shipping under deadlines
• Experience working with or hiring freelancers
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
