Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• As SAP TMS Tech Lead (m/f/d), you are responsible for the entire SAP (TM) Transportation Management solution portfolio and the central integrations.
• With a clean‑core mindset , you define the TM module strategy and guardrails, making informed decisions on scope, fit/gap and standard versus extension.
• Leading fit‑to‑standard implementations and roll‑outs end to end , you keep release and test management, data migration, training and hypercare firmly under control.
• Stable cloud operations are your priority: you manage incidents, problems and changes, track readiness KPIs and meet quality gates.
• You govern integrations with SD/MM, finance, carriers and 3PLs API-first (CPI/EDI) and consistently reduce point-to-point interfaces .
• Across business areas, you drive process harmonisation - from planning and execution through freight orders and carrier selection to charges management and billing.
• As a mentor , you will provide clear technical guidance to SAP consultants, liaise closely with business stakeholders and manage expectations.

• With over eight years of SAP consulting experience with S/4HANA, you bring deep SAP TM expertise and a strong grasp of end-to-end logistics .
• Strong functional and technical mastery of SAP TM , particularly across inbound processes , enables you to design and run robust, standard‑first solutions.
• Your track record includes leading multiple SAP implementations and roll‑outs as design author and/or template owner.
• Comfortable with BTP integration scenarios (CPI/EDI), you work in a structured, API‑first way.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong stakeholder management are crucial, and you will use your fluency in English to facilitate clear and effective interactions across all levels of the organization.
