As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product area that brings optimization and intelligent steering to the plants of our industrial customers. You’ll work at the core of our platform, building a product that turns industrial flexibility into measurable savings and unlocks a critical lever for the energy transition.

Together with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists, you will ensure optimization goals are met, and savings are maximized. Your product allows customers, partners, and our internal Customer Success Team to easily adjust optimization and steering by working at the interface of optimized energy consumption and the actual steering of flexible customer assets.

Your mission

Own end-to-end product discovery and delivery for a cross-functional team spanning engineering, design, and data science.

Identify user needs, market opportunities, and product potential , and translate them into product initiatives with measurable impact.

Define and drive an outcome-oriented product roadmap and play a key role in shaping product strategy for one of our core domains.

Collaborate closely with the product team and internal stakeholders such as Technical Customer Success to build scalable solutions that unlock and operationalize industrial energy flexibility .

Your profile

• 4+ years of experience in product management , ideally building or scaling digital products in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to turn strategy into concrete product solutions.
• Fluent in German and English .
• Experience in the energy sector and a solid understanding of energy systems.
• Bonus : experience with industrial processes or hardware-related products
