Professional Expert (m/f/x) Network & Procurement Global Ocean Freight LCL

Tasks

• Support the shaping and continuous enhancement of the global LCL network based on comprehensive network and performance analyses
• Optimize global LCL cost of sales and ensure an efficient overall network operation
• Drive interlocking projects in close collaboration with our European Logistics (EL) organization
• Contribute to the implementation of the global FCL Carrier Policy for own consolidation products in alignment with product and regional teams
• Develop and advance global network reporting
• Provide strategic network requirements (supply/demand) to support global LCL tenders (RFQs)
• Map out opportunities from the LCL customer pipeline regarding the existing/future LCL network

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Logistics or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in ocean freight, ideally in LCL/FCL product management
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Sound knowledge of international carrier structures and experience in global tendering and procurement processes
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data, reports, and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills within international environments
• High level of initiative and strategic mindset
