Senior Marketing Automation Engineer - CRM
- Design, build, and optimize automated CRM campaigns across multiple communication channels
- Develop SQL queries for audience segmentation, customer targeting, and data extraction
- Create and optimize responsive HTML/CSS email templates and newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
- Improve email deliverability and troubleshoot campaign performance issues
- Connect Python-based analytical insights with the CRM platform to enable more data-driven campaigns
- Optimize database processes, data flows, and automated workflows feeding customer journeys
- Contribute to API integrations and the integration of additional data sources into the CRM ecosystem
- Work closely with marketing, data, and analytics colleagues to continuously improve CRM processes and results
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital campaign management
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large customer databases and complex audience segments
- Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS, ideally with experience building responsive email templates
- Experience with marketing automation platforms; Selligent experience is a plus
- Understanding of CRM campaign performance, email deliverability, A/B testing, and customer journey optimization
- An analytical mindset and the ability to translate data insights into practical marketing improvements
- Experience with data workflows, system integrations, or API-based integrations
- Fully remote working from anywhere in Spain, with just one office visit per month in Madrid
