• Contribute to Airbus’s on-time delivery commitments by preparing and controlling the Integrated Programme Planning.
• Monitor and manage deviations while optimizing financial outcomes for maximum impact.
• Balance commercial demands with operational capabilities across production, engineering, procurement, and configuration management.
• Establish and update Integrated Version Planning for Head of Version (HoV) and other Versions of Interest (VoI).
• Represent Integrated Planning in customer-focused teams and cross-functional projects.
• Play a crucial role in recovery and reduction initiatives targeting lead times across programs.
• Contribute to the alignment between contractual obligations and delivery feasibility.

A solid foundation in engineering and project management principles is essential, as is the ability to work systematically and communicate effectively. Here’s what you need to succeed:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Professional experience in configuration management, manufacturing engineering, production planning, or project management.
• Prior exposure to Airbus-specific planning tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and think strategically about complex problems.
• A structured and results-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
• A high degree of flexibility, including the ability to work occasional Saturdays and engage in monthly European travel if needed.
