Stellenbeschreibung

• Manage pricing for complex cabin components, including negotiation of recurring and non-recurring supplier costs related to design changes
• Manage supplier, pricing and procurement data in SAP MM and other Airbus Procurement tools, including creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders and invoice payments
• Support procurement data integrity and supplier performance management, including consolidation and follow-up of supplier ratings and performance data
• Manage contractual documentation and procurement processes, including electronic and physical archiving as well as the definition and harmonization of best practices across workpackages
• Drive process optimization and automation using AI, Google tools and internal expertise, while researching and providing relevant data to support negotiations and other Airbus teams

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain or Supply Chain Quality
• Work experience in the field of Procurement, Project Management, Supplier Management and Supply Chain
• Good knowledge in using SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
