International Payroll & People Administration Specialist (m/f/d)

As we expand into new countries, you will support multicountry payroll and people administration—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great employee experience.

YOUR TASK

• Execute monthly multicountry payroll endtoend; ensure accuracy, compliance & data security.

• Maintain payroll & employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors; enforce data quality controls.

• Prepare payroll reports and calculations (PEx, bonuses, restructuring); support audits.

• Act as primary contact for employees on payroll, deductions & tax queries; resolve tickets timely.

• Collaborate with P&C and Finance on cutoffs, payments, reconciliations and yearend tasks.

• Update BI dashboards; manage SharePoint workflows and document templates.

• Draft employment documents (contracts, certificates, letters) using standards.

• Support recruiting administration (adverts, agency coordination, CV screening) when needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial/business qualification; proven payroll & HR administration experience (ideally multicountry).

• Working knowledge of labor & tax rules; high attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots) and BI familiarity; comfortable with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Strong communication and service orientation; collaborative in international teams.

• Structured, reliable, deadlinedriven; able to manage multiple countries/processes.

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
