How you create impact

• Manage global LCL pricing processes and ensure compliance
• Analyse RFQs and align with key stakeholders to identify top opportunities
• Take full ownership of margin calculations for RFQs
• Ensure all RFQs are complete and submitted before internal deadlines
• Identify and report inconsistencies to relevant internal teams
• Conduct freight spend analysis at lane level and compare with customer targets
• Prepare data and insights to support strategic pricing decisions
• Build pricing models that reflect true costs and support business growth

What we would like you to bring

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in logistics or commercial functions
• Ability to turn strategy into action and make sound, responsible decisions
• Strong planning, prioritisation and MS Excel skills
• Skilled in negotiation and developing profit-oriented solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience in pricing and modelling
• Resilience and focus under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and experience in international collaboration
• Solid knowledge of LCL logistics and freight forwarding
