AOG Material Supply Specialist (d/f/m) AIRBUS

Your tasks:

• You will oversee material flow to address AOG situations efficiently and effectively.
• Expect to manage and analyze supplier requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries in critical scenarios.
• Ensure communication and coordination with suppliers for demand updates, order placements, and delivery follow-ups.
• Participate in defining and negotiating logistics processes to improve efficiency.
• Engage in regular performance monitoring of supply chain activities and communicate progress with internal stakeholders.
• You will participate in on-call services, ensuring urgent supply chain needs are managed promptly.

To succeed in the role of AOG Material Supply Specialist (d/f/m), applicants should bring strong qualifications in supply chain logistics, material procurement, and customer service, combined with a proactive and structured approach to their work. Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical field, or a related discipline such as Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Two years of professional experience in material procurement, logistics, or customer service.
• Deep understanding and application experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in English at a negotiation level and fluency in French or Spanish.
• A self-organized, results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Preparedness to adapt to flexible work schedules, including participation in on-call rotations.
