It will be the candidate’s responsibility to be periodically in the remote support team and make the customer feel the Abbott’s attitude in complex situations * Along with the technical aptitude, this role is client facing and individuals need to also have excellent communication, critical thinking, and other soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction **Your Qualification:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines * 1~3 years of experience preferred installing, configuring and/ or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications * Sound understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologies * Demonstrated understanding of one or more products such as laboratory information systems, middleware and/or analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems used in diagnostics laboratories * Hands on experience implementing, configuring, training and supporting one or more laboratory information systems mentioned above is highly desirable * Technical proficiency with general business applications such as MS Office, MS Project/ SmartSheet Key Competencies & Desirable skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish, German, and English, as well as excellent customer-facing capabilities Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
