Operations and Logistics Specialist

SBR International is looking for an experienced Operations and Logistics Specialist to join our team in Hamburg, Germany.

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who can take ownership of logistics and fulfillment operations, ensure smooth and timely deliveries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders, coordinating domestic and international shipments while ensuring accurate documentation and a high level of customer satisfaction.

The position will initially be offered on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role as the company and position continue to grow

Tasks

• Coordinate customer orders from order placement to final delivery.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve delays.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Follow up on pending orders and outstanding shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update ERP/CRM systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding order and delivery status.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Prioritize urgent shipments and customer requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics and fulfillment processes.
• Support customer satisfaction through efficient and reliable fulfillment operations

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Logistics, Operations, Fulfillment, or a similar role.
• Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Spanish and English required; German is a plus.
• Must be currently based in Hamburg, Germany.
• Availability to start part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
