Join the employer’s 3‑year graduate program and become a future leader in the food‑retail sector. You will combine intensive classroom learning with hands‑on experience in our stores, earn two IHK qualifications and finish the program ready for a managerial position.

What You’ll Do

• Rotate through one or several store locations, taking responsibility for key processes such as ordering, receiving, merchandising, stock management and sales.
• Analyse and optimise these processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in vocational school modules covering purchasing, controlling, personnel management and other core retail topics.
• Complete training in business and work pedagogy, including the Ausbildereignungsprüfung (trainer qualification).
• Attend theory blocks (9 × 2‑3 weeks per year) that complement the practical phases.

Working Conditions

Benefits & Compensation

• Above‑collective‑agreement salary:
  • Months 1‑6: €1,350 gross per month
  • Months 7‑18: €1,500 gross per month
  • From month 19: €2,664 gross per month
