We are looking for talented SAP WM/SD/MM Consultants (m/f/x) — both junior and experienced — to join a dynamic international team that supports some of the most prominent players in the tech and supply chain industries.

Tasks

Your Mission

• Take responsibility for the design, implementation, and enhancement of exciting SAP roll-out and support projects for international clients.
• Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues to analyze and optimize logistics processes within SAP.
• Execute customizing tasks in SAP WM, SD, and MM, ensuring smooth operations for end users.
• Play a key role in new customer implementation projects and contribute your expertise in SAP logistics.
• Work hand-in-hand with business stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into smart system solutions.
• Create system and process documentation , identifying opportunities to make processes leaner and more efficient.

Requirements

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar — or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional SAP experience , ideally in WM/EWM (must-have), SD/MM (nice-to-have).
• Basic programming knowledge in ABAP and an interest in process automation.
• A proactive mindset and motivation to continuously grow within SAP logistics consulting.
• Excellent English skills (C1) are required; German skills and local presence are a strong plus.
• For junior candidates , the Gütersloh location is preferred to ensure close onboarding and mentoring — prior SAP experience is expected.
