Job Description

• First impressions count – you welcome our business partners, guests and employees with a smile and create a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Your main focus lies on the planning, organization and execution of internal and external events. From concept development to on-site coordination, you ensure that our events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression.
• In addition, you support the daily office routine and contribute to a well-organized and welcoming workplace environment. With your strong organizational skills, you coordinate room planning and office-related activities while maintaining an efficient and structured office setup.
• You collaborate with different teams and contribute to related initiatives such as health management, workplace experience and office design.
• With your proactive mindset, you independently initiate and drive projects that further develop our event formats and enhance the overall office and employee experience.

Qualifications

• You have experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy, retail and/or have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
• Experience in organizing events as well as knowledge of inventory, merchandise management and shipping would also be desirable.
• An independent, structured and conscientious way of working is in your nature.
• You have a first-class service orientation and enjoy dealing with people.
• You have a very good command of German and English and are adept at using MS Office applications.
