Your Mission

• As a Buyer for Luxury Fashion & Accessories, you will take responsibility for purchasing third-party brands with a clear focus on meeting our customers' needs. You identify opportunities to achieve optimal performance through assortment, trends and brands.
• You are familiar with relevant KPIs and take charge of budget planning to continuously monitor and optimize departmental performance.
• You independently lead negotiation discussions with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms.
• You identify, prioritize, and acquire B2B customers in the high premium and/or luxury fashion segment.
• Your focus is on building and maintaining sustainable business relationships.
• You manage and continuously develop existing suppliers.
• You collaborate closely with departments such as Business Development, Logistics, and Finance to ensure all activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration, fashion management or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in international roles as a fashion buyer (luxury brands), preferably in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Strong passion for fashion and purchasing, ideally with an established supplier network in the luxury fashion industry.
• Independent and team-oriented working style, with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills.
• Communicative personality with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and develop long-term business relationships.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Profund experience with Microsoft Excel.
