(Junior) Full Stack Engineer - Integrations Team

We're looking for a (Junior) Full Stack Engineer t o join our Integrations Team — a group of engineers focused on extending and maintaining integrations with external services, building APIs, and developing features that make our platform more powerful and flexible for our users.

You’ll help us run services across both our cloud infrastructure and private cloud setups, contribute to core architectural decisions, and get your hands dirty across the stack — especially in Java, Angular, and TypeScript.

This is a great role if you’re looking to grow fast, learn from experienced engineers, and build things that actually get used. It is your chance to enter an already grown and successful company while being able to still leave your visible footprint.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid understanding and at least one year of professional experience with Java and Angular – enough to contribute to real code, not just follow tutorials
• Experience with TypeScript , ideally in a web or backend context
• A strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) – you know how to structure clean, scalable code
• Curiosity and a “figure it out” mindset — you’re comfortable picking up new tools and learning on the fly
• Strong communication skills in English – we work in a remote-friendly, international environment. German skills are nice to have.
• Bonus points: We love our hybrid setup — the best of both worlds! So if you happen to live in or around Hamburg and can swing by the office twice a week, that would be fantastic. (We promise great coffee, good vibes, and actual human interaction.)

What you’ll do:

• Be hands-on with both feature development and architecture discussions — no one’s just pushing tickets here
• Work with Java, Angular, and TypeScript to build new capabilities and evolve existing integrations with third-party APIs and services
• Help us scale and maintain our integration infrastructure — thinking about stability, security, and performance

• Using the shape up method and agile principles to develop the best possible software, while engaging in technical discussions and product decisions

• Contribute to how we run services — not just in our cloud environment, but also in private cloud setups for customers with specific needs
• Join a team that values open discussion, code quality, and shared ownership — you’ll have a voice from day one

👩🏼‍💻Remote/hybrid role: We value flexibility and teamwork. If you live within a commutable distance from one of our office locations, we require you to work on-site at least one day per week, with Wednesdays as the designated in-office day. While Wednesday is the minimum, we recommend spending 2 (or more) days in the office each week. For those further away, we look forward to seeing you two days per month during our team events to foster collaboration and team spirit
