Intern (m/f/d) - Corporate Legal/Legal Backoffice

YOUR TASKS

• Corporate housekeeping support for our domestic and foreign group entities
• Support in the preparation, processing and administration of shareholder and management resolutions, contracts and other documents relevant to corporate law
• Support in the preparation of committee meetings and annual general meetings
• Support in meeting sustainability reporting obligations
• Support for transactions related to corporate and finance
• Support in the organization of notary appointments and training courses
• Support in data maintenance, maintenance of templates and folder structures
• Research on issues in the areas of corporate law and sustainability
• Monitoring of current case law and legislative procedures

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of law, business law, financing law or comparable
• Ideally, initial practical experience through internships related to corporate law and/or financing and sustainability issues
• Experienced handling of common MS Office tools
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken), at least basic knowledge of German, preferably another language, preferably Spanish
• Independent, methodical, conceptual and structured way of working
• Ability to think analytically and networked
• Communication and teamwork skills
