Join suena energy as Founders Associate (f/m/x) and become the right hand of Daniel: keeping commercial coordinated, preparing what goes to C-level and board, and owning real projects end-to-end as we grow.

suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for energy storage systems and renewables.
Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently - and where we actively accelerate the energy transition by enabling batteries and renewables to power our grids. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the value and market participation of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets in short-term electricity and balancing markets - while minimizing risk for operators.

We're a 50+ person team that's fast-paced by nature, but the kind of place where people actually look out for each other. Following our successful Series A, we're investing in expanding our team – and as commercial scales, we're looking for someone to grow into the CCO's right hand and help build commercial from the inside.

Your mission

• Keep commercial coordinated across five teams – you're the glue between the right people, topics and deadlines.
• Prepare what goes up – meeting prep, board and C-level reporting, the dashboards that show how commercial is really doing.
• Structure the CCO's world – priorities, calendar, follow-through, so nothing slips.
• Own real projects end-to-end – you take something off Daniel's plate, run it, and it keeps running without him.
• Turn firefighting into structure – no process yet? You build one that scales and doesn't need babysitting.
• Step into topics that aren't yours yet – Daniel works across circles, so you will too.
• Your track: reporting and coordination standing by month ~3, your own projects contributing by the next quarter – growing toward Revenue Operations or a commercial/product direction.

Your profile

• Sharp and fast to get up to speed – you pick up unfamiliar topics quickly and connect the dots yourself.
• You take work off plates, not add to them – you own what you pick up and see it through, no maintenance needed.
• Trusted to carry topics, not just relay them – teams believe you can actually handle their stuff.
• Analytical and structured – you turn numbers and messy inputs into something clear people can act on.
• German (native / C1) and English C1 – internal comms, events and white papers run in German, reporting in English – you need both.
• Some commercial grounding already – through your studies and first experiences, commercial terms and topics aren't new territory for you.
• Energy or BESS knowledge is a real plus – our CCO brings a strong commercial track, so domain know-how on your side helps bridge that and will stand out. Highly desired, not a must.
