Event Manager / Product Manager (m/f/d) - Hospitality & Brand Experiences

As our Product Manager for Hospitality (m/f/d) , you own the premium experience where our community and partners meet. You pull the strategic and operational strings of our global event hospitality ecosystem, acting as the central link connecting global partnerships, fast-moving operations units, international sponsors, and venues worldwide. Your mission is to ensure that our VIP zones, Fan Villages, and partner activations hit the ground flawlessly at every single race destination. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Interface Management & Venue Coordination

• The Mastermind: Act as the central hub connecting global partnerships, local operations, international partners, and venues worldwide. You hold the reins for all global hospitality and partner projects.

Hospitality Concept & Translation

• Concept to Reality: Use your deep industry expertise to translate partner visions into sharp, scalable, and actionable blueprints for regional operations teams.
• Full-Scale Ownership: Your scope reaches from the strategic selection of on-site activations and premium furniture concepts to managing food trucks, caterers, and final product approvals.

Scalable Hospitality Playbooks

• The Premium Product: Treat hospitality and partnerships as a holistic, premium product —blending VIP zones, athlete experiences, and partner activations to bring commercial stories to life.
• The Perfect Triad: Focus on creating an outstanding athlete experience, unlocking new revenue streams, and putting our partners in the absolute spotlight.
• Global Blueprinting: Cast these concepts into our global "Hospitality Playbook," ensuring they are scalable worldwide and executed by local teams at a consistently elite service level.

Global Stakeholder & Expectation Management

• Balancing the Arena: Masterfully navigate and moderate the diverse interests of international stakeholders while bringing your own creative fire to the table.
• Operational Reality Check: Align global sponsor requirements with local event realities and strict venue regulations (house rules, catering monopolies, permits, music rights, and alcohol licenses).

Budget, Staff & Resource Coordination

• Resource Guard: Manage and monitor budgets for worldwide hospitality activations, ensuring early alignment on required trades, resources, and event staff with internal operations and external suppliers.

Central Steering & Quality Assurance

• HQ to Event Floor: Lead the strategy and preparation for your events from our Hamburg HQ, but step up when it matters. You will travel to key international events to lead your concepts live, optimize interfaces on the ground, and secure the HYROX premium standard.

Evaluation & Optimization

• Debrief & Evolve: Lead post-event reviews with teams and venues. Gather feedback from all stakeholders to constantly level up our international workflows and handovers.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 3+ years of proven track record in project management, account/partner management, or premium hospitality.
• The Ultimate Juggler: Outstanding organizational talent with the ability to keep countless balls in the air. You stay calm, structured, and focused in high-pressure, cross-border environments.
• Diplomatic & Intercultural Power: A natural communicator who confidently bridges the gap between internal teams, global sponsors, venues, caterers, and local authorities.
• Hospitality Mindset: An innate eye for what premium guests and partners need, backed by the analytical brain to turn those needs into bulletproof, repeatable processes worldwide.
• Tech & Tool Savvy: Solid with Google Drive. You use project management tools (like Monday) to keep workflows transparent across teams. Knowledge of CAD programs is a massive plus.
• International Drive & Flexibility: HYROX is exploding globally. While your strategic base is in Hamburg, you are ready to travel to our worldwide key events. You thrive in the high-energy crunch-phase of an event, pack full ownership to see your project succeed, and bring the flexibility needed to dominate on the ground.
• Languages: C-Level proficiency in German and English is a must for our global network. Any other language is a bonus.
