About us
Founded in Helsinki in 2018 our platform helps companies work together with influencers and content creators for short and long term collaborations as well as content sourcing needs. We have expanded into exclusive talent management and now offer several top creators exclusively through Boksi in both Finland and Germany.
Your role
As a Talent Manager at Boksi, you will be instrumental in expanding and nurturing our creator network across Germany. You’ll build strong relationships with creators, drive campaign performance, and contribute directly to our growth in the market.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hamburg, or alternatively fully remote within Germany.
As a Talent Manager, you will be a crucial member of our expansion efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Relationship & Retention Management
Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for your roster of talents.
Run weekly check-ins to ensure talent satisfaction, surface concerns early, and uncover growth opportunities.
Lead monthly Strategy Meetings with your talent roster to develop and implement retention strategies that keep top talent engaged with Boksi long-term.
Support talents with career development, content guidance, and strategic advice on positioning, rates, and audience growth.
Campaign Delivery & Performance
Close collaboration with the Sales team to match the right talents for campaigns.
Brief talents on campaign requirements and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery from kick-off to wrap.
Monitor talent-side performance (retention, content quality, campaign satisfaction, repeat collaborations) and act on insights.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams - feeding talent perspectives back into the business and ensuring a seamless experience for both sides.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify and scout new talents that align with Boksi's values and our clients' needs across Germany
Support onboarding of new talents to make sure they have everything they need to succeed.
Represent Boksi within the talent community - through events, social channels, and industry networking - to position us as the partner of choice.
A few qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
Proven experience in talent management, sales, influencer marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital marketing landscape in Germany
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Highly organized and results-driven with a hands-on, proactive approach
Fluency in German and English

Other information
Preferred start date is at the beginning of July 2026.
We offer a competitive salary package of approximately €45,000–55,000 gross annually + commission, depending on your previous experience and background.
