Contract : Fixed-term parental leave cover, initially 24 months; potential extension possible

AqVida is a German pharmaceutical company specializing in the development, approval, manufacture and distribution of oncology products. Our portfolio includes key generic medicines used to treat the most common forms of cancer.

Our customers are located worldwide, while our two sites are in Northern Germany: our administration and headquarters have been based in Hamburg since 2005, and our modern production facility in Dassow, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, opened in 2016.

We are looking for a Production Compliance Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Hamburg site as soon as possible. You will be a great fit if you are structured, digitally confident and detail-oriented and enjoy coordinating documentation, customer requests and compliance-related workflows in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate administrative tasks in Production Compliance and CMO/Contract Management
• Maintain quality-relevant documents, files, lists and controlled records
• Prepare and update Excel trackers, tables, reports and status documents
• Support customer requests and coordinate answers with internal teams
• Follow up on open points, deadlines, questions and task lists
• Support preparation for audits, customer visits and internal or external information requests as well as preparation of presentations, summaries and decision-support documents for stakeholders
• Use Microsoft 365 tools and AI-supported working methods to improve transparency, consistency and efficiency in documentation and coordination
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and other relevant functions

Your profile:

• University background or current university studies or relevant work experience
• Very good English skills (C1); German is a plus but not required
• Enjoy working carefully with documents, lists and structured information
• Confident with MS365: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
• Able to keep track of tasks, deadlines and open questions as well as reliable, structured and comfortable communicating with different internal teams
• Open to using digital tools and AI-supported working methods responsibly
• Willing to ask questions when information is missing

The starting salary ranges from EUR 3,200 to EUR 3,700 gross per month, depending on education, experience and the related level of responsibility.

Good to know: although this parental leave cover is initially fixed for 24 months, an extension may be possible.
