As a Data Scientist , you’ll help us uncover insights that shape products, optimize decisions, and drive sustainability at scale. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to turn complex data into simple, actionable outcomes — fueling Rabot’s growth and impact in the green energy ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze product and customer data to uncover insights that guide product development and business decisions.
• Partner with product teams to define metrics, track performance, and support data-informed prioritization.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to measure feature impact and user behavior.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and reports that make performance transparent and measurable.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven analyses.
• Collaborate with engineers to build production-grade analytical and optimization models .
• Support the evolution of our smart charging and pricing intelligence , integrating models into operational workflows.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, empowering teams to act on insights.

What You Bring

Must-Have Experience

• Proficiency in SQL (e.g. BigQuery , PostgreSQL) for analyzing large datasets.
• Strong skills in Python for data analysis, modeling, and writing maintainable, production-quality code.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods , A/B testing , and experiment design .
• Experience analyzing user behavior data to support product and business decisions.
• Ability to structure complex business problems into clear analytical workflows.
• Strong communication skills — you can explain insights and trade-offs to non-technical teammates.
• Fluency in English

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with time series analysis , forecasting , or energy-related datasets .
• Exposure to optimization modeling , causal inference , or anomaly detection .
• Familiarity with cloud-based data infrastructure (Azure, GCP).
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams (with PMs, engineers, designers).
• German language skills (a plus, not required).
