As a working student in the Siemens Energy Offshore Quality Management Excellence team, you will provide essential support for ongoing quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities. You will gather and analyze data, maintain quality management systems, and prepare reports, all while collaborating with experienced team members to enhance quality management practices.

What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen interest in quality management and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support quality initiatives
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
- A proactive learning attitude and willingness to engage in new challenges and responsibilities
