New Moon Production is a remote working Hamburg based studio, bringing new and exciting games to the market. Since its founding in 2016, it has released multiple games on different platforms, including the much beloved Sunshine Island , with around 12 million unique players already.

YOUR MISSION

• Focus on balancing, developing and maintaining gameplay systems supporting long-term feature reusability with the aim to maximize player engagement, ensuring effective monetization and player retention.

• You continuously refine game features and events by integrating player feedback, data analysis, and AI insights.

• Design expected progression models in Excel / Google Sheets in order to predict the users progression within the game.

• You heavily utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output, ensuring a cutting-edge gaming experience for all players.

• Document and present your input using user stories, flowcharts and wireframes to clearly communicate your designs to all teams and stakeholders.

• You skillfully transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres.

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in F2P games or working on at least 1 shipped title.

• Deep understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in-game economies and community feedback.

• You strive to take ownership and excel in getting things done by getting your hands dirty in Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT or similar.

• You are a resilient, detail-oriented team player, passionate about seeking new ways to enhance performance.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
