You know exactly which ICP, which angle, and which narrative moved the needle because you designed it that way.

Your first month at YOYABA gives you an unfiltered view into how our media engine really works. You see what performs, what converts, what fails, and why. You work on our most exciting projects across service teams, challenge assumptions in sharp sparring sessions, and grow fast.

What you do

You build strategies grounded in how customers think, decide, and buy. Only then do you enrich them with keyword intelligence, prompt patterns, and search signals.

You build and execute a multimedia content roadmap aligned with business goals, ICP needs, and pipeline stages.

You:

• Build and scale our demand generation content engine

• Own CEO LinkedIn content strategy and execution

• Develop narratives, positioning, and recurring content formats

• Create content end to end across long-form, short-form, video, social, blogs, scripts, podcasts, webinars, and more

• Collaborate with internal experts and external voices

• Draft, produce, and publish across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, website, and webinar platforms

• Set up and run podcast episodes, webinar programs, and live event content from concept to publishing

• Lead SEO for demand gen content including research, structure, and optimization

• Optimize workflows, editorial systems, and processes

You analyze performance across ICP targeting, buying journey effectiveness, SQL impact, pipeline contribution, engagement, intent, SERP and social signals, and qualitative resonance.

You turn insights into clear recommendations and proactively challenge our GTM leadership with better ideas.

You ensure strategic quality across tone, structure, messaging, and impact while raising the quality bar for everyone around you.

Requirements

What makes you right for this role

You understand B2B content deeply and you know what good actually looks like.

You can lead a CEO in a content conversation.

You bring:

• 3+ years experience in B2B Content, Demand Generation, or SaaS Marketing

• Deep understanding of SEO and Organic Growth mechanics

• Strong instinct for positioning, narrative, and relevance

• Excellent German and English writing skills

• High AI literacy for research, ideation, analysis, and workflow leverage

• Ownership mindset for complex calendars, stakeholders, and projects

• Execution speed without sacrificing quality

• Experience with CMS, analytics, webinar and podcast platforms, and marketing automation

• A growth mindset that refuses stagnation
