• You will analyze current processes within production to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• You will design and implement lean, optimized workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of implemented changes.
• You will lead digitalization projects, introducing innovative tools for streamlined operations.
• You will promote a culture of continuous improvement and readiness for digital transformation.
• You will manage various projects on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring all stakeholders are updated regularly.
• You will create project visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• You will execute operational tasks, such as placement and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs).
• You will maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will support day-to-day production needs and enhance functionality as required in production environments.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• You possess professional experience in production interface management, IT systems, supply chain/logistics, or stakeholder management (1-3 years).
• You bring knowledge in IT systems such as SAP and Google Workspace.
• You are skilled in project management and change management, with a strategic approach to implementing improvements.
• You have fluent language proficiency in German and English.
• You ideally have experience with Skywise or similar tools.
• You exhibit an ability to understand and analyze complex processes quickly.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are results-oriented.
• You possess excellent communication skills to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• You are a team player with capability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
