Your tasks

• Management and control of an investment portfolio (Capex) in close cooperation with internal partners from the finance and purchasing departments.

• Support and professional evaluation of Capex investments in everyday and strategic business projects, incorporating industrial know-how

• Analysis of the impact of project duration changes and continuous and precise adjustment of annual financial forecasts

• Support in developing and optimizing transparent criteria for prioritization and informed decision-making within the portfolio.

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical studies, studies in the field of engineering or business administration (at least a Bachelor's degree)

• Several years of professional experience (at least 2 to 3 years) in the fields of manufacturing/production, finance, project management, contract management or manufacturing engineering.

• Strong knowledge of process management and risk management; shop floor experience as well as knowledge of data analytics, digitalization and CAPEX management tools are advantageous.

• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus.

• Confident use of modern IT tools, especially Google Workspace (including Gemini)

• Strong analytical skills combined with pronounced project management competence as well as strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
