About our Ecommerce Management Team

We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.

Our Advertising team is currently looking for a motivated Project Manager Performance Marketing (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

• You manage end-to-end project workflows across our Performance Marketing team, ensuring clarity on deliverables, responsibilities, accountability and timelines.
• You coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Campaign Managers, Analysts, as well as Clients directly, to keep all tasks aligned and moving.
• You monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks early, and proactively drive solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• You translate briefs and strategic goals into structured action plans and assign tasks to the right experts.
• You keep internal and external stakeholders aligned by preparing clear status updates, timelines, and documentation.
• You continuously improve processes, tools, and team workflows to increase transparency, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements

Who Are You?

• You are highly organized, proactive and positive person who enjoys keeping the overview even in a fast-paced environment.
• You have 2–4 years of experience in project management, account management, or digital marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
• You understand the basics of digital advertising (preferable amazon) and can quickly grasp complex processes, turning them into clear workflows and actionable tasks.
• You are a strong communicator who is empathetic with leadership skills who is able to align stakeholders, moderate discussions, and keep teams on the same page.
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize independently, and maintain attention to detail to everything you do.
• You are confident using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Notion, Jira), Excel/Sheets and Power Point. English fluency is required, German is a plus.
