What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of overall business goals, market trends, customer needs & pain points, and disruptive (AI) technologies.
• Own and communicate the Content Cloud product strategy and contribute to the CoreMedia Portfolio.
• Product strategy. Inspire internal stakeholders, and delight customers and external stakeholders.
• Ensure predictable and timely delivery of features and capabilities in line with the strategy.
• Establish relationships with all internal stakeholders and keep them up to date on strategy and status quo.
• Own the financial planning and pricing strategy for our Content Cloud product.Lead, grow and coach your team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Direct product development in the R&D department through the product strategy and appropriate KPIs.

What you bring

• Ability to lead, coach and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring that there are ongoing opportunities for learning and development.
• Ideally more than 8 years of experience working in a product role with more than 2 years leading in a product organization, ideally with a B2B SaaS product.
• Have a genuine interest in content and experience technology with a passion for limitless opportunities for AI innovation.
• Together with the Lead Product Designer, you are able to visualize the Content Cloud product vision and translate this into prototypes that can be used to set direction for the product owners and development teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once. Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in leading product transformations (SaaS and AI).
• You care about the people in your team, and you can coach and mentor them.
• High degree of independence, initiative and proactivity and an enthusiasm and drive for delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally German, comfortable presenting to large groups and executive teams.
• Have experience of owning and being responsible for product analytics, financial metrics and monetization.
