About the Role

As Robotics Kitchen Operator – Defence, you are responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day operation of Circus’s robotic kitchen system at customer sites.

This is a pure execution role. You ensure the system is clean, filled, operational, and ready to produce food at all times, following clear procedures and operating reliably in a structured, security-sensitive environment.

Your Daily Business

• Operate the robotic kitchen system during live food production.

• Clean and maintain the system according to hygiene and HACCP standards.

• Prepare and refill ingredients, consumables, and containers.

• Perform basic system checks and routine maintenance.

• Identify, document, and escalate technical or operational issues.

• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and defence site protocols at all times.

Base Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in kitchen operations, food production, technical operations, or similar roles.

• Willingness to perform cleaning, preparation, and routine operational tasks.

• Structured, reliable, and disciplined working style.

• Comfort working on site in regulated or institutional environments.

• Native speaker German; fluent English is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HACCP or food safety standards.

• Exposure to machines, automation, or technical equipment.

• Experience in defence or other structured institutional environments.
