In Hamburg we are currently seeking an experienced

Tender Manager (m/f/d) Offshore Wind

As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full tendering process for offshore and marine projects, from pre-qualification through to contract award
• Analyse ITTs, RFQs and contract documents and define bid strategies in close cooperation with management
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Operations, Finance, QHSE) as well as external partners such as law firms, subcontractors and bidding partners
• Prepare commercial and technical tender documentation in line with client requirements and internal standards
• Develop cost calculations, pricing models and commercial assumptions for offshore projects
• Identify risks and opportunities within tenders and propose mitigation strategies
• Manage clarifications, negotiations and client communications during tender phases
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal and company-specific requirements
• Support the continuous improvement of tendering processes and bid management tools

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field; alternatively, a completed commercial or technical vocational training combined with relevant professional experience in tender or bid management
• Several years of solid experience in tender management, bid management or commercial project management, ideally in offshore energy, marine services, offshore wind, oil & gas or heavy industry
• Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial understanding of project tenders
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Strong analytical and structured working style, high level of ownership and accountability, and confident communication with clients, partners and cross-functional teams

The salary range (gross annual salary) for this position is between €65.000 and €80.000.
