Senior UX/UI Designer - STUDIOS (all genders)

Job Description

This position is part of our new SCAYLE Studios business, an AI-powered B2B product that helps fashion and lifestyle brands create and scale high-quality content more efficiently. Born from ABOUT YOU’s own experience with AI-driven content production, SCAYLE Studios is now being developed into a scalable product for brands and retailers worldwide.

As part of the team, you’ll join at an early stage and have the opportunity to directly shape the product, technology, and way of working as we scale the business.

• Shape digital products from the user perspective, turning complex requirements into intuitive user flows, clear information structures and thoughtful UI
• Work iteratively on concepts and interfaces, using prototypes and real product implementations to explore, validate and improve ideas quickly
• Build interfaces that make complex workflows feel simple and efficient, especially for professional users working with content, configuration and data
• Combine UX thinking with hands-on technical implementation, bringing your ideas to life across the frontend while understanding the technical implications of your decisions
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system, creating reusable components and patterns that keep the product consistent and scalable
• Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to shape requirements, challenge assumptions and find solutions that balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility
• Use AI as an integral part of your workflow – from exploring ideas and creating prototypes to implementing, testing and refining digital products
• Take ownership of the experience you build and continuously improve usability, accessibility, performance and overall product quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience building digital products with a strong focus on user experience, ideally in complex B2B, SaaS or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows and interaction design
• Hands-on experience building modern web interfaces and a solid understanding of frontend technologies and component-based development
• A strong eye for UI, with a good understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction patterns and visual consistency
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems, reusable components and design patterns
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into simple, intuitive experiences and make thoughtful decisions based on user needs
• Comfortable working closely with Product, Design and Engineering and communicating your decisions and trade-offs clearly
• Using the possibilities of AI is a key part of your daily workflow, from ideation and prototyping to building and improving functional product experiences

Nice to Have

• A good understanding of B2B, SaaS, enterprise or other workflow-heavy digital products
• Familiarity with the commerce or e-commerce domain
• Confidence working with Figma and translating designs into functional interfaces
• A technical background in software engineering or equivalent hands-on knowledge of working with code
• Knowledge of design systems, component libraries and design tokens
• Confidence using AI-powered coding, design or prototyping tools to turn and validate product ideas quickly
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing or design QA
• An understanding of the challenges and opportunities of an early-stage product environment, where both the product and the way of working are shaped along the way
