Legal Assistant (m/f/d) - Intellectual Property / Trademark Manager

To support our continued international growth and ensure the legal foundation of our brand remains strong, we are looking for a Legal Assistant (m/f/d) - Intellectual Property/ Trademark Manager to join our Legal Department.

In this role, you will help manage our global trademark portfolio and support legal processes that protect and strengthen the HYROX brand worldwide.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain our international trademark portfolio, including national, EU, and global registrations
• Coordinate with trademark offices (e.g. DPMA, EUIPO, WIPO) and international law firms
• Track deadlines, filings, and renewals to ensure timely and accurate trademark protection
• Prepare and file trademark applications, renewals, and supporting documentation
• Support enforcement activities such as oppositions and cancellation proceedings
• Maintain internal databases for trademark records and ensure accurate documentation
• Assist with the drafting and management of contracts, licenses, and international agreements
• Support day-to-day legal and administrative tasks, including scheduling and meeting organization

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Legal Assistant or similar qualification
• Initial experience in intellectual property or trademark law; international exposure is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English and German; other languages are a plus
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive working style
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
• Passion for fitness, sports, and lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
