Your Tasks

Are you passionate about eCommerce, digital content and data-driven marketing? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a global skincare company and help shape how our brands show up across online retailers? Then this might be your next role.

We are looking for a Working Student to support our EUNA eCommerce content team. You will work closely with international teams and gain deep insights into how product content, retail media and online activations come together across European and North American markets.

What you will do:

• You will play an active role in our day-to-day business and support key projects across eCommerce content and retail media
• 
  Content & project coordination
  
  :
  • Support the coordination of eCommerce content updates across markets and retailers
  • Track and follow up on content deliverables, timelines and stakeholder communication
  • Assist in the coordination of content shootings and video productions for the region
  • Support the briefing and management of content agencies to deliver best-in-class eCommerce assets
  • Bring a creative mindset to help identify opportunities to enhance product pages and strenghten brand presence
• 
  eCommerce Campaigns & Activations
  
  :
  • Support the ideation and preparation of eCommerce events and seasonal campaigns
  • Collect inputs from markets and contribute to campaign toolkits and presentations
• 
  Country Tracking & Performance Monitoring
  
  :
  • Monitor campaign and content execution across countries and retailers
  • Support tracking of key initiatives to ensure alignment across markets
• 
  Competitive & Market Analysis
  
  :
  • Conduct regular competitor and category analysis across key retailers during high-traffic periods and special events
  • Use tools such as Profitero and retailer platforms to identify trends and opportunities
• 
  Reporting & Retail Media Support
  
  :
  • Help create dashboards and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prepare insights and presentations for internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• You are an advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Data or a related field
• Strong interest in digital commerce, online marketplaces and online marketing
• You have an analytical mindset and confidence working with data in Excel
• Creative eye for design, trends and engaging digital content
• Structured and organized way of working, comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Initial experience in eCommerce or digital marketing are welcome
• Familiarity with tools such as Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, PIM systems, Profitero, Salsify, Jira
• Experience briefing creatives, working with agencies, or building presentations in PowerPoint
