Service Product Manager (all genders)

For our Service Product Management department we are looking for a motivated and involved colleague. You will become part of our energetic team and contribute to shaping the global service product strategy of the Nordex Group. You will work cross-functionally and globally within the Nordex Group, at the interface between markets, the various Service departments and headquarter functions with direct impact on our business success.

Your tasks

• Define and own the roadmap for cyber security, SCADA and OT -related service offerings, ensuring alignment with business strategy , customer needs and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across engineering, CISO , and service competence centers to design robust solutions and translate them into clear, contractual service offerings.
• Support global sales teams in understanding cyber security , SCADA and OT related requirements, preparing tender responses, and negotiating feasible and compliant solutions with customers.
• Create comprehensive product documentation, pricing strategies, and training materials to enable internal stakeholders.
• Drive decision-making for new product concepts, preparing business cases and development proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and successful roll-out.
• Act as the key interface during implementation, supporting the international service organization in market launches and operational readiness.

Your profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in product management, development or strategy for industrial service products (e.g. cyber security, OT, SCADA, communication technology, etc.).
• Proven track record in developing and launching service products.
• Familiarity with cyber security principles, international standards (ISO, IEC), and risk management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a structured, careful and reliable way of working.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, intercultural awareness and experience in direct customer communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a plus.
