Working student - Media (m/f/d)

The Media Team is part of Performance Marketing and works closely with other marketing areas. Together, we develop flexible media strategies for our European markets to effectively present ABOUT YOU across multiple channels.

Job Description

As a Working student (m/f/d) in the Media Team , you will support the planning and execution of campaigns across various channels, particularly in traditional media such as TV, radio, and out-of-home, as well as digital formats like video, display and audio. You will also gain first insights into the development of media concepts and contribute to cross-channel marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Support in planning, organizing, and managing performance-driven campaigns across different media channels in our European markets
• Operational support in campaign management, including partial independent handling of smaller projects
• Initial exposure to media concept development and contribution to cross-channel marketing initiatives
• Monitoring and analysis of campaign performance and deriving optimization measures to achieve KPI targets

Qualifications

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, proactive approach
• Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Excel) or Google Workspace (esp. Sheets), and experience working with large datasets
• Self-motivation, quick comprehension, and ability to work independently
• Interest in data-driven decision-making
• Excellent English skills
