RWE Offshore Wind is one of the world's largest producers of offshore wind energy and a key driver of the global energy transition. As we continue to expand our renewable generation capacity, we are looking for skilled people to grow with us and this is where you come in.
Join our Innovation &Industrialization team, part of RWE Offshore's central engineering function. Together, we support the global offshore wind business by bringing new ideas to life and facilitating innovation across every stage of the project life cycle.

About the role

• Support Innovation & Industrialization projects through data analysis, market research, reporting, and preparation of meetings and workshops
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes
• Develop, maintain, and automate the innovation database, including interfaces and project progress analysis
• Create high-quality presentations and communication materials for senior management
• Support strategic innovation roadmap planning and stakeholder presentations
• Assist with administrative tasks, including procurement requests and invoice verification

Job requirements and experience

• Currently enrolled university student in business, innovation, engineering, sustainability, or a related field
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in data analysis and presentations
• Very good English proficiency
• Proactive, reliable, and structured working style with the ability to manage own tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with experience in interdisciplinary and cross-functional collaboration
• Open-minded and motivated to work in an international, intercultural renewable energy environment
• Experience with databases and business software (e.g. Airtable, SAP) and interest in digitalization are a plus
