Working Student (m/f/d) PM/EPC Technical Learning

The Global PM/EPC department is a support department for the operational businesses in Division Europe and Division International. In this business unit, PM/EPC Technical Learning department has the main goal to analyse and define the training needs, develop concepts and training programs, and implement in line with the company guidance and the target of 100% trained employees across all PM/EPC functions and especially on our wind turbine construction sites.

YOUR TASKS

• Organisation and coordination of technical training, qualification programs and other events.
• Support in communication with internal and external stakeholders and customers
• Documentation of training concepts
• Participant and training support
• Administrative activities and support in operational business and special issues
• Support in projects
• 3D-Model printing

YOUR PROFILE

• Registered student (m/f/d) in the field of electro technology, economics, education, psychology or comparable field of study
• Interested in people development, training; ideally first experience in this area
• Good English skills
• Safe with MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Committed, independent and structured way of working
• Reliable, open and communicative personality
