About the role

As a Procurement Specialist within Nexperia's Global Procurement organisation, you will lead the Equipment Parts & Services (EPS) category for our Hamburg and Manchester manufacturing sites. • Global Negotiation Leadership - Lead complex commercial negotiations with cross-functional, international teams; develop negotiation plans for high-value global projects
  • Supplier Performance Management - Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, technology, and service to maintain a best-in-class supply base
  • Contract Ownership - Draft, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts to secure optimal terms and mitigate commercial risk
  • Project Delivery - Lead global sourcing projects, including scope creation, negotiation planning, and delivery of measurable results
  • Operational Excellence - Drive adoption of procurement tools, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across EPS activities
