Visual Merchandising & Commercial Lead, Sales Market DE (m/f/d)
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As VM & Commercial Lead you are the technical specialist ensuring that all commercial actions are optimized within the overall Brand direction and Sales market VM priorities, always securing an elevated, competitive and convenient customer experience within physical stores.
You will:
- Act as the operational interface across commercial functions, aligning VM execution to the Commercial Plan through regular operational syncs and keeping the Visual Manager informed.
- Embed the VM perspective in weekly commercial planning, integrating VM priorities into market plans and the global VM direction, proposing practical solutions on workload, resources and timing to secure execution and drive salesmanship in stores.
- Lead market‑wide communication by briefing SM, Area and Store teams on weekly priorities, upcoming activities, commercial packages, seasonal focuses and in‑store communication, and by coordinating activation‑plan updates so Areas and Stores can adapt as needed.
- Enable solution‑oriented VM teams, optimising visual and product presentation based on actual stock and store conditions while staying within the Brand Direction.
- Collaborate with Material Leads and cross‑functional partners to secure in‑store materials aligned with the Commercial Plan.
- Drive follow‑up and development in stores with SM VM teams and the HOVM, reviewing VM standards, identifying opportunities and supporting presentation strategies, guideline implementation, activation plans and product‑presentation priorities.
- Institutionalize standards, routines and upskilling in line with the SM VM Agenda, sharing the latest visual standards, seasonal and product‑presentation principles, customer‑group updates and display/material guidance with SM, Area and Store teams to secure visual and commercial excellence.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll partner closely with the Visual Manager and other VM teams, working with Area and Store management through weekly commercial planning and regular operational syncs. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Marketing and Store Operations, as well as Material Leads, to align activation plans, in‑store communication and materials to the Commercial Plan. You’ll stay close to the shopfloor through store visits, reviewing standards, sharing best practice and supporting teams to optimize product presentation based on stock and local conditions.

- Visual Competences and latest VM Training
- AVM Training
