Customer order manager (d/f/m) AIRBUS

As a Customer Order Manager (m/w/d) in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will play a key role in managing repair, lease, and exchange orders. In this position, you will coordinate order processing for customers, suppliers, and repair stations across the entire supply chain.

Your tasks:

• You will serve as the primary point of contact for repair, lease, and exchange orders, as well as for inquiries from international customers and repair stations.
• You will manage ongoing order execution and conversion activities while ensuring compliance with agreed service level performance targets.
• In direct customer interactions, you will respond to questions regarding process status, commercial matters, and urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests.
• You will analyze customer-related issues, complaints, and deviations, and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Daily coordination with repair stations will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards.
• You will ensure that customers are informed promptly and transparently about repair statuses and available service alternatives.
• In addition, you will support material and procurement management activities, contribute to performance reporting, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• In day-to-day operations, you will maintain an end-to-end view of the supply chain and contribute to reliable delivery performance.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

• Completed Bachelor's degree, ideally in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in planning and scheduling, procurement, customer service, supplier management, or order management.
• Experience in customer support and process coordination across operational workflows.
• Confident in project management and process improvement, ideally with a focus on cost control and data analysis.
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as solid experience with SAP and Google Workspace.
• Very good written and spoken English; French, German, and Spanish are considered an asset.
• High level of resilience, sense of responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
• Intercultural awareness and clear, service-oriented communication skills.
• Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
